RETURN COSTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
All purchases made in CLODD can be returned within 30 days after receipt of the order, without specifying a specific reason. All our products include a 2 year warranty. You can find more detailed information in our 'Terms and Conditions'.
All items returned in the 60-day trial period must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. In case the client is not satisfied with his purchase, the buyer can unwrap the product and use it only to the extent necessary to determine if the client wants to stay or not with the product. Returned items will be examined thoroughly and must be unworn and in their original packaging, including all packaging accessories.
In case the product is broken or damaged at the time of delivery, the customer is obliged to inform CLODD immediately. CLODD will send the client instructions on how to proceed.
An important aspect to keep in mind is that if the client wishes to return an order, he must take care of the shipping costs. CLODD recommends its customers to use a secure shipping method, given that the return of the order is their responsibility. CLODD will inspect the product carefully and in case a defect (not caused by the customer) is detected, the repaired product or another new product will be sent back to the customer along with the reimbursement of the expenses incurred.
Damaged products should NOT be returned without first contacting the customer service point (email@example.com). CLODD will be responsible for sending instructions to the client on how to proceed.
We recently moved our warehouses, and changed our return address. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can indicate the return address that will vary depending on the location of your home.
The buyer should not send a broken or damaged product without first contacting the customer service team (who will give return instructions). In the event that a product is broken or damaged at the time of receipt, you should contact the CLODD customer service team by email within 24 hours.
TRIAL PERIOD AND REVOCATION
Unless otherwise provided, the buyer has the right to revoke the contract and return your order for a period of 30 days after receiving the order, without giving any explanation (note the exception mentioned above: in case a product is damaged or incomplete , the buyer is obliged to inform the CLODD customer service team via email and to wait for instructions). The buyer also has the right to inform CLODD, within 30 days of receiving the order, of its decision to return the order without offering any explanation (exception: for damaged or incomplete products, see above); in such case, the buyer must return his order within two weeks after informing CLODD.
In case the buyer wishes to exercise his right to revoke the contract and return his order, the buyer can only remove the product from its packaging and use it to the extent strictly necessary to decide if he wants to keep it. During the trial period, the buyer should handle the product with care and store the original packaging without damaging it. The buyer will return the requested product together with all the accessories (if applicable) to CLODD and, insofar as possible, in its original condition and packaging, following the CLODD return instructions (as described in the delivery note). The buyer is responsible for the return shipment of your order and assumes all risks of the same. CLODD advises the buyer to return a product through an insured shipment and in a sealed packaging. In the event that the return shipment is lost, damaged or, in the event that the receipt of a returned shipment is denied (for example, if the carrier can not show a signature), the buyer will have the option to demand responsibility from the carrier . The buyer, as sender of the return shipment, must initiate the complaint procedure for any incident that may occur with the return shipment. The buyer must keep the official or electronic voucher of his return shipment, which includes the tracking information.
The shipping costs of a return shipment within the trial period and those of a return shipment for a guarantee or repair request (for those defects that occur after the buyer has used the product), will be borne by the buyer .
REFUNDIn case of revocation by the buyer within the trial period, CLODD will return the money to the buyer within 30 days after receiving the return shipment. Any amount owed as a result of the return of a product will be returned to the account that the buyer used to pay the original order.
WARRANTY AND REPAIRClodd has a limited warranty that covers the manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer.
Basically, if the parts or mechanisms of the watch do not work properly, and it is our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse for which you can put your watch on your own.
The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear, batteries, accidental damage to glass, scratches, belt damage or theft.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so keep your receipt. If you have purchased on our site or on Amazon, the order number will suffice; otherwise, if you made the purchase through another authorized retailer or retail establishment, you should contact them directly, as they will handle your own warranty claims, returns and changes.
